A ‘sister-property’ to West End Investment, this two-story boring, dated townhome needed an update to draw that sophisticated renter looking for stylish urban living.
Walls were blown out to expand the kitchen area and make the entire space more open. The client opted for a broad-plank LVT with interesting muted wood grain throughout the first floor. The light fixtures selected play off the sleek, modern, yet playful vibe.
But the real star of the show to bring the ‘wow’ factor was the modern cabinetry & countertop. High-end cabinetry at a closeout price that was reconfigured to the floorplan and thus stayed within budget while at the same time getting the high-end finish. Also keeping functionality and budget in mind, we made the bold statement of a green ‘quartz’ laminate that waterfalls over the edge for maximum impact to the space. Steering clear of the popular gray, a bolder deep sage gray-green was selected to flow with the special countertops, and in turn, makes the property stand out from others…or shall we say, stand heads above the rest!
